Do you want help us to promote a healthy planet for future generations? We are now looking for an HR Coordinator who will strengthen our HR team.
We work together in a tight team and our common goal is to deliver the best possible HR-support to the organization. We help each other out whenever needed and we also put high value in having fun together!
The main focus of the role will be recruitment, but you will also have the opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge within the HR-field. In the recruitment area, you will have a broad contact base in order to drive the processes forward and attract the right candidates (in cooperation with consultant and recruitment companies).
In addition to recruitment, you will also work with other HR-related tasks, and you will be able to develop and take additional responsibility as you progress in the role. Initially, you will drive tasks related to the Onboarding of new colleagues and manage diverse employee-related data.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive recruitment processes in collaboration with managers and external partners
- Manage Pre-and Onboarding processes of new colleagues
- Diverse HR-administrative tasks
Background and skills
You have a minimum of two years of work experience within the recruitment area where you have worked independently with the recruitment process, and preferably you also have experience from working as a consultant manager.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, or experience in an HR-coordinating role
- English and Swedish, both verbal and written
- Good skills in Excel
- Experience in working with recruitment in similar industries and/or with tech profiles is an advantage
- Other experience from service/admin tasks is an advantage
